Speed Society is an elite track and field club based in Fairfield County, Connecticut, established in 2025. Built on the proven coaching foundation of Coach Dudley — a former Division I football and track standout and All-American with extensive experience developing competitive athletes — Speed Society exists to train the next generation of high-performance sprinters and track athletes.

We work with athletes ages 4 through 20, providing structured youth track and field development all the way through advanced sprint performance training. From introducing foundational movement skills to young athletes to preparing high school competitors for championship meets and collegiate opportunities, our program emphasizes proper mechanics, strength development, discipline, and race execution.

Rooted in the competitive spirit of Fairfield County and committed to excellence both on and off the track, Speed Society combines elite-level coaching with long-term athlete development — building not just faster athletes, but confident, resilient competitors.
